Element New Berlin Metallurgical Laboratory Supervisor
Element New Berlin (New Berlin, WI) has an opening for a Metallurgical Laboratory Supervisor. A key responsibility of this position is to ensure efficient and orderly operations of all aspects of the Metallurgical Laboratory through hands on demonstration and supervision. This position also performs metallurgical and laboratory testing to support the Metallurgical Engineering Department as well as manages metallurgical projects to support our clients. The position involves regular utilization of optical microscopes, cut off saws, cross section mounting casting equipment, hardness testers, NDT equipment and lab software, in addition to other items. Good oral communication and organization skills are essential. The candidate should be interested in a detail-oriented and quality-driven environment.
